The ACT Government is developing a new ten year Disability Strategy to create a more welcoming and accessible community and improve the lives of the more than 80,000 Canberrans who identify as people with disability.
Join this first public consultation forum with interested community members so we can create the ACT Disability Strategy together.
Facilitated by people with disability, at this third of 4 open forums, we want to hear your views on the priorities of the Strategy and what you feel is needed to create a more inclusive and accessible Canberra.
We'll ask you to think about what a good life looks like, what the challenges are to having a good life, and share ideas on how to make it easier for people with disability to live the kind of life they want to live.
