The RUC is a finalist for the Inclusion in Private Sector Employment award at the 2019 ACT Chief Minister’s Inclusion Awards!
The RUC Turner Bowls Club employs two people with disabilities. The RUC staff encourage these employees to participate in the day to day running of the club by providing training and ensuring a positive experience for both the employees and customers. The RUC provides an inclusive and supportive culture for their employees with disability.
